By using SafarSarthi (operated by VMG Infoservice, Meerut, India) you agree to these terms.

1. Information is a guide only

Routes, travel times, toll rates, and the locations and timings of petrol pumps, CNG stations and other places are shown for planning only. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always follow road signs, traffic rules and official toll notices. Toll rates are set by NHAI and other authorities and can change.

2. Drive safely

Do not use the website or app while driving. Let a passenger operate it or stop safely first.

3. Your account

Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may block accounts that misuse the service.

4. Places you add

Add only real places and true information. No ads, spam, offensive or false content.
By adding a place you allow SafarSarthi to show, edit, verify or remove it, and to use it in our maps and apps.
Added places cannot be edited or deleted by users; contact us to correct a mistake.

5. Advertisements

Some areas show ads marked “Ad”. Advertisers are responsible for their own offers; we do not endorse them.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, VMG Infoservice is not liable for losses caused by using or relying on information shown on SafarSarthi.

8. Changes and law

We may change these terms and will update the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
